Constructed from one-piece stainless steel with stellite tips, these valves undergo a unique nitriding process, enhancing their wear resistance and reducing friction. This treatment achieves a .002″ depth with a .0002″ surface layer, offering superior protection against corrosion compared to traditional hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating methods.
